Weekday family visits run Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Weekends are by appointment. We do not promise same-day admission or a guaranteed bed on a set clock. Admissions will tell you what is available and what is needed next for that case.
Skilled nursing with 24/7 licensed nursing on site. Short-term rehab after a hospital stay. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy, up to 7 days per week based on need. Wound care and IV therapy when those needs are part of the referral. Memory care and dementia support when cognition and safety are part of the plan of care. Medicare and Medicaid accepted.
Long-term care is available when the plan of care calls for ongoing skilled nursing rather than a short rehab stay. If the referral sits outside these service lines, say so on the call so admissions can respond without delay.
